I have started the project by taking a few test shots then choosing the best one (the best one will be shown last) ;

After choosing the best image to use I went into photoshop and cut around the phone and had then I grabbed that edited image and put that image into after effects. I made the edited image with only a hand and phone and put it on top of the original image and made. I later used a tool to make the hand move down. I later used the liquify tool to distort the phone screen.
